Where we deliver, how long it takes, how rates are calculated at checkout, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Country eligibility
We currently ship to destinations within the United States, including all 50 states.
Delivery expectations
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4pm ET ship the same or next business day; transit is typically 2–6 business days by zone.
Rates at checkout
Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your delivery address, order weight, and the shipping zone.
Returns
Unopened cases can be returned in their original packaging. Contact support to start a return.
