Free Shipping

Orders over $55 ship free within the contiguous United States. No code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm ET ship same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

Packaging

Cases are shipped in sturdy 32 ECT corrugated boxes to ensure your thermal paper arrives in perfect condition. Each pack of 5 rolls is shrink-wrapped for protection.

Shipping From

All orders ship from our Atlanta, GA warehouse. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our thermal paper. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened cases within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns must be in original, unopened packaging.
Opened or used rolls cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
